Bream Gardening Society was founded in 1865 to encourage, improve and extend the members' knowledge of all branches of horticulture. We are affiliated to the Gloucestershire Federation of Horticultural Societies Activities during the year
include a programme of talks and social events, garden visits in summer,
both local and further afield, social gatherings, an
annual open show in August, and a Chrysanthemum Show at the end of October.Our base is the Community Centre in Bream, in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean a few miles north of Lydney. Indoor meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm. New members are always welcome. Our membership fee is only £5 a year.
