We are a group of people from Bream and district interested in gardening and our gardens. New members are welcome to join us to benefit from local knowledge, to swap ideas and plants with our friendly members and to enjoy our meetings, shows and visits.
Our next show is the
155th Annual Flower and Produce Show
to be held on Saturday 22nd August 2020.
*This will be an online event opening here at 2pm.
Due to the current uncertainties we have chosen to hold a virtual show this year. This will be the 155th annual show, in all these years there has only been one summer without a show and that was due to the General Strike of 1926. We are keen to keep Bream Gardening Society Summer Show running and as good as ever, just different.
Please have a look at the schedule and send us photos of your exhibits. There are no entry fees and no prize money but there will be rosettes for first prize winners and a Best in Show certificate judged by our former President.
Class 5 is for those who are new to gardening or who have not exhibited in the show before. The prize for this novice class is a free one year BGS membership.
Everyone is welcome to enter, you do not have to be a member of Bream Gardening Society. So, please enter the spirit of 2020. Further details can be found in the show schedule, click the link above.
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic there will be no group meetings for the time being. Read more on this page.
