Hello Bream Gardeners,
It is with regret that we have had to cancel all of our planned face to face events for the time being, HOWEVER, we do have other things going on for everyone to join in with. Monthly newsletters for members help to keep us all in touch and the committee are meeting via Zoom to ensure Bream Gardening Society remains active and ready for action in 2021 or as soon as the pandemic allows.
Your November newsletter, which was sent to your email address, contains information about our Christmas raffle and the next competition for early Spring.
Send us your photos of your home grown giant pumpkins or a carved pumpkin, either home grown or purchased. Photos to be sent in by Wednesday 28th October, exhibits to be viewed from Saturday 31st October. See poster opposite.
Peter is a key member of Bream Gardening Society and also judge for the photographic classes in BGS shows. You may be interested to see some of his work which is featured in an online exhibition called Cotswold Monochrome.
Once in their website follow ‘Our Images’ to find 11 members of the club who entered the exhibition with around 6 images from each of them. The exhibition was non competitive and shows photographs by volunteer members.

Coinros Park Nurseries
Coleford Garden Centre
Bream Sports Club
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic there will be no group meetings for the time being.
The committee is continuing to meet via online meetings and all news is being circulated to members by email.
We are currently discussing how the Summer Show may look, depending, of course, on how restrictions stand by the end of August. This show has been running since 1865 with only one year missed due to the General Strike of 1926. We are working hard to make sure that 2020 has a show to continue this amazing record to date. Please continue to support your society.
